Refund Policy
Plain-English refund terms for every product we sell — what refunds, what doesn't, and how fast the money moves.
1. The short version
Unused services refund within 14 days of purchase. Consumed sessions and delivered digital items are final. Subscriptions stop the next charge, not the last. Merchandise returns within 14 days unworn and unopened. And under Australian Consumer Law, a faulty product refunds regardless — statutory rights always beat policy text.
2. Digital services & one-time items
Account-bound digital items — the Recruit Pass, Commander Pack, Arsenal Vault — refund in full if requested within 14 days and before delivery to your game profile. Once an item is bound to an account it can't be unbound, so delivered items are final sale. If delivery fails or items arrive wrong, that's our fault and refunds always.
3. Subscriptions & memberships
Monthly products — Arena Legend and Supply Drop — cancel anytime with one message to the desk. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid month runs to its end and everything delivered stays yours. We don't prorate partial months because the monthly drop has already shipped — the honest trade for immediate delivery.
4. Live services & events
Time-based services have their own logic, because someone's calendar is involved:
- Coaching sessions — full refund if cancelled 24+ hours ahead, 50% inside 24 hours, no refund after the session starts
- Event and tournament entries — refundable until bracket seeding locks; after seeding, entries are final because your slot blocks another commander
- Clan subscriptions — cancel any month; the center winds down with a full data export
5. Merchandise returns
Physical goods return within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unopened, in original packaging. You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover it for anything that arrived damaged or wrong. Edition-numbered collectibles must return with intact numbering — opened resin figures are final sale. Refunds issue to the original payment method.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or a service isn't delivered with due care and skill, you're entitled to repair, replacement or refund regardless of the categories above. We'd rather you know your rights than hope you don't.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order details and 'refund' in the subject — or reply to any order confirmation. Include the order date and which item you're returning. One message is genuinely all it takes; there's no retention script, no exit interview, no 'are you sure' carousel.
8. Processing times
Approved refunds process within 5 business days to your original payment method — banks typically show the funds within another 3-10 days depending on the card. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued, and we're reachable on +61 2 9566 2100 if anything looks slow.
